Proposed Housing Estate Between St James Way & The Grove

This planning application is for four houses to be built on garden land behind 20 St James Way, with a new road for access.

The impact of this development on those living in St James Way and The Grove, and the risk to the centuries-old Cedar of Lebanon tree and the Grade 11 Listed Wall, is causing serious concern.
