Council Tax increase

Planning Update

We have today been advised of the outcome of the appeal lodged by Brookworth Homes. The details are :

Location	Garden land at rear of 22 & 28 St James Way etc, and bungalow at No. 20
Application Details	Housing development in the form of a cul-de-sac of five new houses and another to replace existing bungalow, with an access road from St James Way.

Street Lighting

We have had communication from some of our members regarding the reduction in street lighting cover caused by Bexley replacing the sodium street lamps with LED lamps. Our committee have approached Bexley with a request that they investigate and remedy this. We will report back when we get a reply. In the meantime, any member that feels affected by this issue should email WorksDirect@bexley.gov.uk in the first instance.
