Neighbourhood Watch Update (1)

Thanks to PCSO Pauline Cimen for sending the following update :

27th-28th December 2017 - 2200 - 1300 hrs - Shed broken into in Betterton Drive - Shed was unlocked at the time - Various tools were stolen

16th-27th December 2017 - 184500630 hrs Criminal Damage to Motor Vehicle - Bexley Lane - 2 Front tyres damaged - 2 small holes found in each tyre;

29th December 2017 - Theft from motor vehicle - 1900 hrs - Riverside Road - Caravan was parked in the rear back garden and suspects entered via back gate- caravan lock was broken and entry gained. Games console and caravan equipment was stolen from vehicle

28th December 2017 - 1115-1120 hrs - Criminal Damage - Ellenborough Road - Front door was kicked numerous times by unknown suspects causing damage to door.

On Friday 5th January the team had been advised by a member of the public that there had been a motor bike dumped in Foots Cray Meadows. The team ventured out and waded their way through the mud and located the bike. Further checks were made and the bike had been reported as stolen. The team then had to push the bike through the dense mud out of the Meadows onto the Grove where the owner was located who then picked his vehicle up. Well done to the resident who contacted us.
