For those of you who have not yet written a letter to Mrs Susan Clark, Head of Development Control, in
support of the Association's objection to the above planning application, but plan to do so, this is to let you
know that Mrs Clark has informed us that it would be easier for her if Emails were addressed to:

developmentcontrol@bexley.gov.uk

It seems that she is being inundated with our emails, which are blocking her In box and causing her
problems. It is so good to know that so many of our members are supporting us!

It would still be helpful if you were to copy any letter you send to: councillor.donald.massey@bexley.gov.uk
and to: committee@northcrayresidents.org.uk
