To NCRA Members.
Attached are the Draft minutes of our recent AGM, held on 17 June. In some cases the questioner did not give his/her name, in others this was inaudible, and so I had to
record the speaker anonymously. But if any of these questioners would like me to record their name in the final Draft to be submitted at next year's AGM just let the Committee
